With having ballot access for the first time, there has never been a better time for a third party candidate to become elected in the state of Illinois. Benjamin Franklin said, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and yet, expecting different results.” With run away taxation; lack of accountability; our constitutionally guaranteed rights being ignored and trampled on; both major parties being riddled with scandal:

It is time to do something different!

OUR PRESIDENTIAL AND SENATORIAL CANDIDATES WILL BE ON THE ILLINOIS BALLOT IN NOVEMBER.

Contrary to everything that was expected with “politics as usual,” none of the presidential or senatorial petitions that were turned into the Illinois Board of Elections were contested.

The Constitution Party has the ideals, the platform and the message to become a significant force on the political landscape. It lacks only "grassroots" development - - and an army of volunteers at the local level. The political maxim, "all politics is local," will have new meaning as the Constitution Party takes root here in Illinois.

The strategic plan of the Constitution Party is focused on building and developing our state party and more importantly, organizing activists at the local level. Just as a building is only as strong as it's foundation, a political movement can prevail only if it is organized effectively at the grassroots level. The Constitution Party is committed to providing tools at the local and state level. These tools include instructional manuals, candidate training seminars and "in the field" assistance. Properly equipped candidates will convey the message and win races.

With local organizations functioning effectively, they will enable the Party to achieve it's goal of getting a Constitutionalists elected and provide a base of support for state, local, and national candidates.
